🌍 Exciting News from the "4 per 1000" Initiative! 🌱  

We are thrilled to announce that the "4 per 1000" Initiative has officially joined the Riyadh Action Agenda—a transformative global effort to conserve and restore land by putting people and communities at the heart of action.  

With Indigenous Peoples managing 25% of global land and 40% of remaining natural landscapes, their traditional knowledge, along with the expertise of farmers, ranchers, pastoralists, women, and youth, is essential for sustainable land stewardship and food security. Yet, these frontline actors bear the heaviest burden of land degradation and climate crises.  

The Riyadh Action Agenda focuses on three key action areas:  
🌾Land Restoration
💧 Drought and Water Resilience
🍽️ Sustainable Agrifood Systems

These are enabled by finance, governance, and innovation, with a strong emphasis on mobilizing resources to drive impact.  

At "4 per 1000", we are committed to supporting these critical goals through collaborative efforts, promoting soil health, and advancing sustainable agriculture. Together, we can build a future that prioritizes people and the planet.
