Groups
To assure flexibility for future adjustment and target group specific exchange and collaboration, the following concepts and rules need to be considers.
- Users are individuals. A member or partner organisation may be represented by several persons.
- There are two type of groups:
- Groups of actors (stakeholders) that have a specific role to play in the intervention logic In the field as indicated in the 4p1000 - Book (e.g. extension services; local governments; rural youth; …)
- Groups of the initiative that are relevant for the management of the 4p1000 initiative (e.g secretariat; bureau; STC; contact persons; ambassadors, …)
- Attribution to groups
- Each user can only belong to one group of actors.
- Each user can belong to one or more groups of the initiative.
- Colleges are composed by regrouping of groups of actors in their respective spaces.
- The secretariat updates the list of groups below.
- All group names must start with 4p1000 as a prefix.
Groupes
Pour assurer la flexibilité de l'ajustement futur et l'échange et la collaboration spécifiques au groupe cible, les concepts et règles suivants doivent être pris en considération.
- Les utilisateurs sont des particuliers. Un membre ou une organisation partenaire peut être représenté par plusieurs personnes.
- Il existe deux types de groupes:
- Groupes d'acteurs (parties prenantes) qui ont un rôle spécifique à jouer dans la logique d'intervention Sur le terrain comme indiqué dans le livre 4p1000 (ex: services de vulgarisation; collectivités locales; jeunesse rurale;…)
- Groupes de l'initiative pertinents pour la gestion de l'initiative 4p1000 (par exemple secrétariat; bureau; STC; personnes de contact; ambassadeurs,…)
- Attribution aux groupes
- Chaque utilisateur ne peut appartenir qu'à un seul groupe d'acteurs.
- Chaque utilisateur peut appartenir à un ou plusieurs groupes de l'initiative.
- Les collèges sont composés par regroupement de groupes d'acteurs dans leurs espaces respectifs.
- Le secrétariat met à jour la liste des groupes ci-dessous.
- Tous les noms de groupe doivent commencer par 4p1000 comme préfixe.
